2. We Can’t Track or Monitor Outside Medications
When you purchase from Cold Spring Animal Clinic or our trusted online pharmacies:
- We log every prescription for your pet
- We track due dates for follow-up care or lab testing
- We can flag any potential issues early
3. Dosing and Instructions may be confusing (or Just Plain Wrong):
- Dispense different dose or strength than we prescribed
- Change dosing instructions or refill amounts
- Leave out important usage or safety information
This can lead to dosing errors or missed side effects, and that’s not a risk we're comfortable with for your pet
We’re happy to write a prescription if you prefer to buy from another source. However, please understand that by doing so, you assume full responsibility for any outcomes related to medications purchased outside our hospital or affiliated pharmacies.
